Ranch Road turns from paved to gravel and dirt and is part of the Southern Wisconsin Overlanding Tour.

Ranch Road is a public road that spans over 2 miles. It features hills, dirt, washouts, and with rain/snow the level will very depending on how often it's groomed (which isn't often). Sometimes the trail is unpassable with downed trees and alike, sometimes it's groomed with no issues. Please post reviews below and read what others have written to stay up to date.

Ranch Rd is a short, fun little off road experience. I drove it today after 3.5 inches of rain last night and it does have some rocky ruts to navigate.  From the north, you travel up the hill which gives a pretty good crawl experience,  especially for new drivers. The entrance is a little hard to see from Irish Vally Rd, look for the trail with the washed out sand on it.Definitely a slow speed trail right now. Not much mud but it is soft at the top of the hill. Gravel/sand road turns into a narrow paved road about half way. Stay on the trail since it is posted on both sides of the woods. Should be a good addition to the south west overland trail.
